		<description>I found a charge on AT&amp;T in this bill for mqube. I called AT&amp;T and they reversed the charge, and made sure I was unsubscribed. They also gave me a new 4 digit password that I will now be required to put into my phone anytime a charge (other than iTunes) tries to go through.</description>

9.99 showed up on my phone charges. I disputed it on my T-mobile plan, and they requested a refund and put those type of texts from 3rd party&#039;s on a black list. Lets see if it works.</description>

Do they not realize that this is a website set up by attorneys who are looking for fodder with which to file class actions?  Posting messages on here to companies that are charging you for services you don&#039;t want and never intended to purchase will not stop those charges.  Either call your cell carrier and have them cancel the unwanted premium service for you and see if they&#039;ll reverse the charges or call the telephone number associated with that charge on your bill and cancel the service yourself and demand that the company issue you a refund.  Don&#039;t think I don&#039;t feel your pain.  The reason I&#039;m on this site is because I too had unauthorized charges for &quot;premium services&quot; which turned out to be celebrity trivia or some such nonsense.  And I agree these companies should be put out of business, but as consumers we need to take responsibility, too, and figure out the right company to call to get things fixed.
