How can AT&T allow this. The website listed on the bill to contact do not even exists!!!
AT&T did refund my money, they should purge the company from their system.

I have been charged by
MQUBE for ringtones I never requested and had to go to AT&T to try to get a refund and all I could get was a $25 dollar courtesy allowance. There has to be something that can stop these actions by this company. I have a family plan and it is occuring on all the lines.

I also got charged for MQUBE subscription.I dont know what the hell it is.Got charged 20$ and it is set to auto renew.

I was charged $9.99 for 5 separate purchases on the same day 9/15/2011 4 of them from MQube and one from Open Market. My phone is a AT&T go phone. Why would I pay for premium services on a phone I only use for urgent calls and travel to Mexico. This is not the first time I have had to waste valuable time to call requesting refunds but it is the first time I got charged $50 on the same day. MQube needs to be shut down and fined for these fraudulent business practices. I hate having to waste time calling and filing complaints such as this one. I have already filed a complaint directly with the FCC.

We have been charged $10 monthly because of Mqube. We called At&t and they told us they’ll stop it.
