unauthorized text messaging charges. i get this $70+ charges on my bill and i called in and spoke to nextel rep and he credited me after talking to three different people and they told it service came with the type of phone i use and that it is valid charges. they final give credit for three months back and not the entire 2 years that they had been chargings. thus i am going to invest some of my time to pursue legal actions. if anyone out there wants to sue them for samething, I welcome your email to me

I was a Vodafone customer everything was fine for a couple of months but the third month I got a mobile phone bill for £2490.95 I was only just 18 and no way had I used my phone for 1 month to that extent. I have complained but to no avail. They said it was outside agencies ie websites debiting my phone and the could not confirm who they were. What can I do?

I was charged on Verizon from you. To something I never did. I did get a text message that said I got a free song go to this web site. I did go to that web site and it did not give me the song. I got off that web site. If this is what that free song or make you believe you were getting a free song then not tell the customer that you are going to charge them $9 something a month. I want the charge off my bill. Thank you. I want my money back that I never said I agreed to a monthly charge on.

I am American retired living in Rio de Janeiro. 5 months ago, I upgraded my service to the Motorola Milestone (A853). My sercice is with Claro. My bill for the last 3 months I used the phone was $R7,123.68 for data charges. In dollars is $4,317.38. I think the bulk of this is Motorola upgrades to 2.1 and Medialink. What’s going on here??? Have the cell phones companies been given a license to rob people. Before the Milestone, my bill was never over $R150.00 per month.
