When I found out they chaged me I called the phone company who gave me their web address and a help line email address. I then sent them many angry emails. All tel will keep billing this which really upsets me because they should have some kind of control over this stuff it should be against the law it is so wrong. We finally cancelled my sons number all together that was the only way to rid us of this. For now my son is without his phone. My son has never even texted anyone, he was 10 then and doesn't even know how and barely used his phone, only for emergencies.
