So I have the same problem as all of you. I’m not sure if I’ve been billed cause my dad is account holder, but i asked him and he is going to check the bill.

help@club28282.com -I got a meessage send failure, and a reply saying that I was unauthorized to email them. One of my email providers techs, told me has been having the same problems
A reply with stop is replied to with “you are not currently a member but feel free to try out some of our stuff for free”. And the text return after a few short days
The company is based in Europe and I live in the US. I get text at all hours from this company. I usually get tham at ridiculas times, like 2 or 4 AM. After spending hours trying to talk to the company to make it stop I tried to access their material, but I couldn’t. I was told my number wasn’t valid. I find that to be a little strange since I use my phone everyday. I tried to access it through a reply to their text, and through a pc. Both of which told me my number was not valid.
I never got any charges that I know of but I have managed to put an end to their messages. I’ve tried everything from simple replies (as i stated before) to contacting the FCC (due to a lack of not know where else to go), but none of that worked. I simple called my provider (AT&T), and told them about my issue with the company and they removed any charges that may be connected to the company and blocked them from contacting me with text messages. Apparently ATT can’t block numbers from calling you but they can block they from texting. After my little chat with AT&T my bill dropped from $862.73 to $229.12, and I’m sure most of you would say that makes it worth a try. 28282 is despicable. They do not know they are sending adult content to under age childre. I found out yesterday that I was charged $79.92 over a course of 3 months on my son’s line. He is only 12 years old. If you do not stop thi service I will report you. I called today and spoke to someone who stated he could not answer my questions. When I asked if I could have a supervisor, he stated there was not a supervisor available. I told him good answer. I am going to my local precinct to report you.

My daughter is a minor and thought she was downloading a cute, free reingtone. Instead, all she received was a message that the ringtone was undeliverable and I received a cell phone bill with two $9.99 charges for alerts. Definitely a scam company. I’m sending my info to my local representative to see what can be done to regulate companies like this.

So I had 3 days in a row that I got charged $10, for doing absolutely nothing besides receiving a text and deleting it. $30 just like that. I called them and they said I would not be charged ‘anymore’. I said wait, what about the 3 charges already made? The guy said he couldn’t resolve that, so could I please e-mail their help desk. Which, of course, bounced back as invalid.
Just called Sprint, explained the situation, and within 5 minutes they blocked my phone from receiving anything from these guys, refunded the $30, and filed a flag against this company in their issue tracking db.
Call your provider as soon as you see these charges. Tell them to google it if they don’t believe you.

Out of the blue Club 28282 charges begain showing up on my cell phone bill. The charges were not authorized. I am taking steps trying to have the charges removed but I am not sure that I am getting anywhere. They initiated texting my cell phone. I sent the text back with STOP however the Club 2282 company managed to slam my cell phone company.

I have called my carrier T-mobile several times regarding this issue. The issue was suppose to be resolved since May of last year. My son is still getting messages even after I was instructed to text “STOP” to 28282. My phone bill is and has been approximately $200 dollars a month. I am doing what was asked of me and I am still paying. This is ridiculous.

Texting stop isn’t gonna do anything, as you can see. The only thing that you can do is not open the message from this number and call your provider and tell them to block this number.

I am extremely annoyed with my phone carrier. I have thought this issue was resolved with this text messaging of adult content. The last message I received was in May. Well just today my son received 2 texts back to back. So I called my phone carrier and asked if I am going to be charged for this and I was told yes. Can you believe this? This is ridiculous since I have content blocker on his phone. I was told that I would have to change his phone number. Why should I have to change his number if I am paying for something that is suppose to be prevented. I was told to call the number that sent the text message to my son. You do not want to know what I listened to. I am trying to protect my son from this stupidity and am being told that the only thing to do is change his phone number? What if this happens with his new number?

This service sucks, I hate it soooooooooooooooooooooo much. Netflix allows you unlimited movies by mail, and unlimited instant streaming movies for 8.99 a month. This provider only gives you five cheesy downloads for 9.99 a month, rip off!!! P.S. The downloads don’t even work
