I have been trying to get my son(who is a minor)cellphone number removed from the short code list for 22428 and spoke with a representative who refused to remove it because I would not give them personal information she refused to remove it and said that there was nothing that she could do. These short code lists are impossible to deal with. I heard from a cell phone provider that even if you enter a contest at the mall to win a gift that these people cell their lists to these companies. I am tired of fighting with these people.

$30.00 worth txts sent to my 13 yr old sons phone. I kept phone with me to be sure he wasn’t at fault. One of his 13 yr old friends had sent him txt asking a question and he was automatically registered to this site. He didn’t know what txts were, he just deleted them. Called Verizon and they told me how to stop txts . How do I get in touch with these crooks to talk about charges?Should be against law. Also having same problem with 25425,Click2talk.
Beware! There are recipe sites that do this too. 9.99 for looking at a recipe on their site. But they did credit back the charge.
