I have just took out a new contract phone from o2. Almost immediatley I started to recieve texts from yourselves without subscribing or even as much as enquiring about anything from you. o2 have advised me that there are charges on my bill from yourselves and also that, neither did, I text or have any other form of telephonic communication with you. I want these charges deleted from my forthcoming bill but am wary of giving your company any number for you to contact me on.
Therefor, i would appreciate an e-mail from yourselves confirming that these charges have been nulled and that there is no contract between us to speak of. I anticapate you will get this matter resolved as a matter of urgency.
    Thank you, Lisa Cunnningham

If you receive a txt message and replied back, but is not showing anywhere on the bill. Does it mean it was sent by other means? if so what means.
