I was billed four times, twice $9.99 for two months on my cell phone and my daughters cell phone, for charges named “swizzle tips” under the number 73927; I NEVER ordered these or authorized them, nor did my 17 year old daughter–we didn’t have any idea what they were. On my daughter’s phone the text messages were blank! And they charged for those! Well, I am contacting Verizon in the A.M. and having them adjust my bill, as I refuse to pay for something I never ordered. As a 14 year customer of three lines I think they will honor my request…but I still do not appreciate being taken advantage of by any company like this–they need to be sued and if you need my help just ask.

this swizzle tips needs to be sued.. they charged my phone thrice already. i even called them to unsubscribe and they gave me a confirmation number but when i saw my bill the following month, they charged me again. much worst they charged my mother also. we really have no idea about this premium services. t-mobile has not been very helpful about this. i’ve been complaining to them and all they have to say is “we’re sorry it came from a third party texts”. they can’t provide a way to block it..

  3. Susan McDonald says:

Found a charge for Swizzle tips on my bill- a service that we have never ordered. AT&T rep was very very helpful in getting this resolved and has blocked them!

  4. Bud says:

Recieved 3 charges for $9.99 from a “Swizzle tips”. I never, ever activated this service. Of this, I am sure. The phone is in my possion 100% of the time, and I don’t answer spam text. Called the MyMobile Care people who provide the billing, they were obviously trained to lie. Claimed I had to enter a code which is a total lie. Said they could provide proof, but to date they have provided none. Refused refund. These people are performing illegal activities and need to be stopped.

  5. Mike says:

received a txt tonight from 739-27 tonight and call AT&T the said there were two charges and immediately refunded my account. I then had them ut a purchase block on all of the phones on the account.

    How is this even legal?

    -Mike
