I just noticed i am being billed on my business phone for 29.95 per month for ambonet.com, LLC. I don’t get a voicemail service on my line, in fact, tonite i was trying to remote call forward my lines BECAUSE I don’t have voicemail, and can’t reach a live person at AT&T for businesses.
I would like to know how Ambonet was allowed to add themselves onto my billing without me knowing about it. Thanks!

Last Month I got an additional charge from At@t on behalf of “the Billing Resource” for services never ordered. Called the company (the billing resourse) and they gave a lame excuse and promised to return the amount charged but instead, I’m being billed once again this month.
I guess, this is gonna be a long battle for my own money.

This “company” or “ESBI” was listed on our phone bill as well. I contacted Ambonet and was played a recording of my voice answering a series of questions and agreeing to a “website” with a $29.95 monthly charge. this is clearly a fraud as I recall the phone conversation and the questions he played on the recording were NOT

continued…from prior post… were NOT the questions I was responding to. this is obviously a spliced recording under false pretenses.

I received a charge on my AT&T bill that I did not authorize from Ambonet.com. I called in to the Ambonet customer service line and got a very rude man who played me back a recording of me stating my name and my posititon and my phone #, however, I know I was not authorizing charges. I was answering questions, yes, but the playback said i authorized charges and i know i did not. In the original phone call they represented their services as a trial and that they would send some info in mail. I never received any thing in the mail and the charges showed up on my bill immediately. This is a scam and everyone should hang up their phone if Ambonet calls them. Don’t even agree to anything even if they say it’s free.
