The companies are Billviaphone.com on behalf of Meteline Tech,Inc. If this is not corrected and charges are not removed from our phone bill we will call our attorney Ross & Matthew.

i just got my december phone bill with a 21.15 charge on it from Payment one corp and a 9>75 charge from OAN services..do i really have to pay these charges

Have been charged $15.24 each month on last 3 ATT bills for Payment One. I did not authorize any payments to this or any other company. How do I get these charges reversed. This is theft!

I was billed 14.94 plus tax for three months now by extreme biz, inc. I called the number on my bill and the lady told me that this girl (told me her name and email address and street address) had used my number and apparently started an online business. she is 25. my husband started an online business last year, but how and why would she have my information to be able to do this? she actually lives less than two miles from me.

I have been billed for the last 2 months of my ATT bill for 3 different Payment One charges. WebTVextreme 16.99, extreme Biz, Inc. 14.94 ea and Digital Mail, LLC 14.95 ea What do you do to get it off and stop them from doing this?

For several months on my AT&T bill, I’ve been being billed 14.95 for a voicemail service that I know nothing about and have never authorized. On the bill it shows up as ILD Teleservices which is a billing service used by METELINE TECH. However, when I called the number for ILD and asked how to contact someone from Meteline, they had no idea how I could do this. What a scam!!! If the PUC (public utilities commission) is going to force AT&T to bill for these third party companies, then the PUC should be regulating those third party companies.

Charged for unauthorized @$14.95 per month.
For voice mail service which is provided for free from Verizon. Why would I sign up for this service.
I will contact anyone I can to retrieve all of my money down to the penny. This is no different than a theif coming into my home and stealing from me in the middle of the night.

I just received an email from Meteline “thanking” me for ordering their service. I ordered NOTHING from this company, and just spent two months this past spring removing charges from another scam company off of my phone bill! How is this allowed to go on?? How do phone companies just let anyone charge your bill without confirming it first?? These companies need shut down immediately!

My son thought my phone bills were too high, so I started checking and yes I am being charged 12.95 plus tax – 13.86 a month by Meteline. I am waiting for a response from Verizon. Since I have gone paperless billing, I am only able to go back for the past year online and the 13.86 charge has been on each and every bill. I do not hold out much hope of getting a refund, but will try. My husband is a retired Verizon employee – guess that doesn;t mean anything to the company…They even scam their own.

I noticed the fraudulent charge on the first month. I called both meteline and AT&T to have the charge removed. AT&T has now placed a block on my account that will refuse third party charges unless AT&T calls and verifies. Ticks me off I had to spend the 20 minutes on the phone. Meteline should be put out of business.

My parents received their phone bill today with charges of $14.95 plus tax for a total of $16.05 from some placed Meteline. When calling in and asking about it they were told that it was me who signed up for it! I live 2200 miles away and have not used their phone or fax in years! They even gave the date when I supposively signed up so I will be researching more into this tomorrow.

Just got my ATT bill and some “enhanced” services was charged on it $14.95 on behalf of METELINE TECH,INC-EFAX SVCS. This is making me so mad. I believe this is connected to MyID Safeguard scam because I got an email claiming I signed up for their service and will charge my phone $14.95. Will call ATT on Monday to dispute it and filing a consumer complaint to the State Atty General

I was charged $14.95 on my last 2 bills and did not realize it until this most recent one. The charge is from Meteline Tech Inc…a company of whom I have never heard until today! I have not authorized any such charge and will call my telephone carrier, AT&T on Monday to report this charge and demand credit for it, as I have already paid my last month’s bill. I checked this company online and found thousands of reports of fraudulent charges from this company and it’s subsidiaries.

Was charged by Meteline Tech for Electronic FAXMOFEE Service never authorized by me on my Verizon Bill. LESBI is the service provider for MEterline Tech. This is very shady operation and Verizon needs to investigation to authorizations to accounts. If Verizon would questions this type of operation they would see that this service was not solicted by the customers. This is a big SCAM to steal money. Please check your phone bill as I did every month because this scam will cost you money if it goes undetected. Called Verizon and complainted and they advised it would take two month to get my money back. They gace out a comfirmation number, however, please follow up on your complaint.

I was also charged $14.95 for services that I did not order. I called and the lady at the other end said she would cancel the order and credit my phone billing. This was the first time it happened to me and i caught it right away. Pity the people who didn’t catch it. Why is this company getting away with this?

I was charged 12.95 for a total of 3 years by Metline Tech that I did not authorize, and the only way that I found the charges is when AT&T listed them separately in their new billing format. I talked to a supervisor, Nicky Kent, who refused to give me the company’s Presidents name, who I will be suing if my money is not returned to me, almost $500.00.

Like Wanda F, I was charged $14.95 on my last 2 bills. I contacted Meteline Tech to get a credit because I never ordered their services. I also contacted Verizon to let them know of the fraudulent charges. They filed a claim on my behalf and allowed me to deduct the disputed amount from my bill. Verizon also offers, FREE of charge, a cramming block so that no third party billers can automatically bill your phone account for anything in the future. I signed up, and I recommend that everyone check with their phone company to do the same.

I was charged for 3 months with this un-authorized company Meteline Tech, they had the nerve to tell me it would take 2 months to get the charges reversed. Funny, they could not give me a date and time when I so-called filled out some B.S. online application from them.

I’ve been getting billed $16.07 for the last 4 months without my knowledge. I had to call Meteline to get the account canceled and charges refunded. Spoke to some not-so-intelligent person on the phone who had the most difficult time communicating. He told me he’ll send me a check for 3 months but then to get the 4th month credited, I need to email corporate (what the heck). Pain in the butt and a waste of my time.

I am trying to pare back charges for all my accounts so I found out today about Meteline when I inquired what the charge was for. The phone co did give me a contact # but said thay couldn’t cancel it because they didn’t order it. I didn’t order it either !! How can they do this? They prey on dumb people like me that don’t check their bills closely enough each month. Glad I finally did.

I was chsrged a $14.95 fee on my phone bill for a Service that was NEVER authorized. I am an employee for a major telephone company I know what Scams are. This Meteline Tech Inc needs to a have a Lawsuit filed against them! Class Action! I’m on it.

Received ATT bill with enchanced charge from Metaline Tech, a company I never heard of and charges I did not authorize. I’m going to ask ATT to credidt and block.

My provider is Att and they tell me the charges are from a manual registration on my part on May 11. I have no uses for Meteline Tech Inc. services or even know what it is. Att issued a credit immediately and all is right with the world. But this company had my email and my birthday. That scares me to the core and am going to be looking very closely at all my bills from now on. Like all of you the charges are all the same 14.95 with taxes.

Checked my AT&T bill today was surprised to see a charge from Meteline Tech, Inc. I wonder how many months I havebeen taking advantage of/charged to my bilL?? I called the number 866-527-4984 and they said “we are currently closed do to the Holiday. We will reopen after the holiday” What Holiday? I can’t believe that as big of a company that AT&T they are allowing these charges especially with no authorization from the customer! This is a crime!

I have just found I have been charged with $ 14.00 monthly for more than one year, by AT&T for 3rd party sercices from a company called
METELINE TECH,INC-VOICEMAIL, which I never authorized. I had tried several times to get in contact with this company unsuccesfully. HOLDING PHONE FOR HOURS !!!

I have Verizon & got charged suddenly $14.95 for Meteline Tech Electronic Faxmofee service that they claimed my wife signed up for over the internet. They said they would cancel the service & credit me back. I also called Verizon to notify them of this scam.
