I never signed up for this service, have no idea what it is…have been getting charged for several months, even though I’ve called to cancel this twice already and received an email confirmation of cancellation….it’s once again showing up on my latest phone bill….this is very irritating.

I would love to add myself to any class action against oneemaiaday.com. They refuse to give a refund and verizon told me I’m on my own and said I need to get a refund directly from this ripoff company. I would love to close these people down. Never did I ask for this service. And now I have to fight to get the few dollars back they stole. Verizon is no better for allowing it to happen. Ad it up people 16.00 dollars per person say with 2 million customers. And no refunds. Wow some bastard is walking with a lot of money they didn’t and should not have.

I just got my verizon bill and there was a charge on it from 0neemailaday for $14.95. I immediately emailed both verizon and oneemailaday and they both got back to me the next day. Verizon is putting a block so that oneemailaday cannot do this to me again..and the other person ESBI said they forwarded the complaint right to oneemailaday…we will see what happens…it’s just that we shouldn’t have to take time out of our very busy day to handle this crap….i have enough on my plate to begin with.

After 3 unsuccseful attempts to get this off my AT&T bill and get a refund. I finally had to close my AT&T account and move to another carrier. That was the only way I was able to stop the billing. AT&T was of no help. And was a customer of theirs for over 40years. I too would gladly join in any class action against this company.

After reviewing my Verizon bill I noticed charges from oneemailaday for two months at $14.95 a month. I contacted verizon and they stated that it was nothing that they could do about the current charges. I contacted oneemailaday and the representative that I spoke with informed me that I had signed up for they service on hollywood-updates.com. Which I did not do. He stated that they don’t normally remove the charges but he would remove both months. Of course this would take up to two billing cycles.

They billed me for services I didn’t order, gave me hotmail email supposedly mine which wasn’t. They had all my personal info, even last 4 of SS#. On day I supposedly ordered this, I was in NY attending my mother’s funeral and I didn’t have a working computer at home in Pittsburgh where they claimed I subscribed. It wasn’t even my IP address for home or work computers or my daughter, who was visiting me. She also went to NY with me for funeral. How could I be in 2 places at once??

Went to pay my Verizon bill today and noticed it was higher than usual. Called the 800 number for ESBI, then given number for One Email A Day, talked to Wanda who said I visited their website and signed up for the service. I told her unless she had my signature on file that I have NOT signed up for this service, I did not want this service, and I was not going to pay the charge. She was incredibly offensive. Finally got her to say they would reimburse the charges (ha) and they had already billed for the next month. In the background, I could hear other telemarketers doing multiple cancellations. She asked if I had contacted Verizon, and I said I was contacting them next. She said don’t bother, they would just direct me back to her. I said I would confirm in writing that I had not authorized the charges and was disputing them and would also inform the Better Business Bureau and Verizon. She did not like that. I ended up calling Verizon as well and spoke to Mr. Caldwell who placed a block on my account and sent the charges back to One Email A Day and subtracted it from my bill. No way am I going to wait on getting a “refund” from One; Verizon was super nice about it. I will be sending a letter confirming it too. Paper trail with signature trumps “you signed up on our website” any day!

Same story, Billed $14.95 a month for something I never heard of & don’t want. Claimed that my wife signed up for it, she never heard of it & wasn’t even home on the day they claimed she signed up. When contacted by phone, I was told that they will refund my payments back to Feb….We’ll see!

I have been being charged for a service I did not request and have never used. Frontier deleted this charge from this month’s bill, but in order to have it discontinued from further bills, I needed to call oneemail a day. No answer there and the website to opt out says I’m not a registered user. Big time scam.

Hi:
I am extreamly up set with my att bill.
my bill with internet dsl; has been running $35.00 per. month.
over the past several months, my bill with att has been running $107.16.Once again i paid it off . my bill does not show any long distance calls i am on life line and my income is social secerity.
this as i said has been going on for several months,
i am feed up. i dont even have food to eat or gas in my car. due to this.
i even got to the point to where i stoped answering my phone.and disconnected my answering machine…
and made very few calls out..
I just recieved my new bill which is now,$49.37. i can not afford this payment of $21.29 every month…. i could hook up my cell phone for that payment amount.
So here i sist on hold waiting for a att rip. and after 45min. of being on hod i have just been diconnected.
Also when i call this paymentone corp. it is always answered by an answering machine, i leave a message and no response and it still appear’s on my biil
Also i requwsted my internet to be lowered to the rate of $14.98 and it is still running at $19.99
And finely , when i do get through to att. they tell me they have nothing to do with this other company.at all
to contact them, BUT…. its still on my att bill and i have not requested this and i have been paying this for momths…
i would like to be reinbursed. and have this taken off my bill. or i will take att and Paymentone corp to court for my reinbursement… and ya know what….
I WILL WIN……
thank you for letting me vent.i feel some what better even though i’m sitting back on hold….
Sincerly,
Barbara J.Lyons-Kirk

I was billed $14.95 for this service. I do not know how I signed up for it. The total charges were $89.70 before I caught it. I called them and they did stop the charges and refunded two months of payments. I files a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and got a full refund.
