I called Voicevox last month and asked them to cancel the service and give me a credit. I got the credit this month but I am still being charged. When I call the toll free number I just get a busy signal.

They are sneaky! I was billed by Voicevox on my phone bill. The phone # listed has a recording saying ‘disconnected or no longer in service’. Looking closer,I discovered my At&T bill was divided in sections, with Voicevox in between blue lines. But, right ABOVE that in a green section entitled ‘Enhanced Srvs’ & made to look like it wasn’t related, I found this #1 888 301-3724 & it is a working # for ESVI (or ESBI?), which is the company. I told them I didn’t order their service & they said they received an online application with my phone # & name – it was NOT my name! They said they would refund the charges for me -we’ll see!
My phone Co(AT&T) told me I could put on my acct to block all 3rd party charges to prevent this in the future.

It was placed on my phone on Feb. 25..and I just discovered it!! I called and talked to Sonya. I told her that I did NOT Authorize this addition to my bill. Sonya immediately promised a credit of 3 months 44.85 plus the taxes. But, she said that charges/credits that go back further than 3 months have to be authorized by their Customer Service Representative. She gave me an email address. But it is bogus! So, I was looking for their mailing address when I found this site. Now, even if they credit me for the three months…they would still be keeping more than 20.00 worth of unauthorized money.

I was also charged for voicevox. as well as enhanced email. I called them to cancel and get a refund. but was charged again the next month. These guys are scam artists. Somehow they got my ip address from one of the website i must have visited. I just don’t know how at&t can allow them to charge me without my permission and only an ip address. I can catch people’s ip addresses all day if I run a website and turn them to their ips. What a crook.

I have been billed for unauthorized services from Voicevox Voicemail Service. I called several months ago for cancellation and refund which I was assured was done. I am still being billed for the service. I caled again a couple of weeks ago and was told to email support@myvoicemailservices.com for a full refund, however that address does not seem to be valid. My confirmation number is 3365436 for a credit of 44.95 which I should expect in 2-3 billing cycles.
I have my own voicemail system and do not need their service.
Thank you,
Rita A Hurst

I also have been billed for unauthorized services from Voicevox Voicemail Service. I also called several months ago for cancellation and refund which I was also assured was done. I am still being billed for the service. I caled again today & was told to email support@myvoicemailservices.com for a full refund, however they say to call the phone # and they say to send to support – this is a run arround scam – AT&T today said to go to the FCC. So I’ll do that now.

I just spoke to my phone company(AT&T) about some issues regarding my bill and the told me that there has been a charge ($14.99) to my bill for next month. The company I was told it was is HBS. After doing some research on the internet, it is known as Voice Vox. This is the second time this has happened through AT&T”s service but the first time with HBS.This is ridiculous and I think that AT&T should have some kind of service blocking this when you first sign up. I AM NOT paying this!!! I will change phone companies before I pay them one dime of my hard earned money. The phone number that I got from AT&t for this company is 1-800-687-5298. I am on the phone with them now and have been waiting 15 minutes on hold and have yet to speak to a real person! Good Luck!

I have been recieving phone calls for somebody that I have never even heard of and have rejected them numerous amounts of time. Well, after talking with Voice Vox, they told me that they were “ESafeI.D.” and that this guy is using my phone number to get his identity theft thing- are you kidding me?!?! He is committing a form of identity theft by having things charged on my phone number. Anyhow, I spoke to Armodo at this place and he “put a block on my number from them.” Hopefully everything turns out!
