We were scammed by this company. We got called at our small business several times to sign up for services. When we said we were not interested, they said we had to wait and speak with their supervisor and we were told to just agree and we would not be signing up for any services. We did not agree and hung up the phone. We were then barraged with several (10 – 20) calls saying we had to complete the process or our company would be published with the wrong information. We hung up many more times and called AT & T and notified them of the problem. They said they would note the account and not authorize any changes or charges. Our next bill came with unauthorized charges of $34.95 from worldwebpages.com and ILD was the billing company. AT & T said we needed to contact the provider directly. After several attempts we were successful and they said they would credit our account. I just received our new AT & T bill and there is no credit and there is a new charge for $34.95.
