I too received a bill for Vmail while on the same bill received another charge for $39.90 from another company for unlimited Internet access, neither of which I authorized. I suspect my girlfriend’s 12 year-old daughter subscribed to them both, I know she did the other one but she claims that she doesn’t remember. At any rate, I called both and hope that finally they will stop billing me.

I was charged 45.00 on my monthly Century link bill by ILD. ILD informed me that “Employee Notification Services” authorized the charges. Neither my wife or I authorized these charges.

I just noticed that I have been charged $15.25 a month for the last three months for SBO SURVIVAL KIT MO FEE. This happened two other times in the past by different companies and I was assured by Sprint/Embarq/now CenturyLink that there was a block placed on my phone to prevent these companies from being able to ever do this. I will be contacting CenturyLink tomorrow but cannot believe I am finding this again. How can a company just start billing your phone company without the phone company getting permission from the customer?
