  1. Antonio Fierro says:

I was charged for long distance service by Zoom I Net, whom I did not authorize to be my long distance carrier. The bill is for 61.85. The rates are three times higher then my regular service. My regular service was still in service when Zoom interfered into my phone line. They do not want to drop the charge. They say they will reduce the charge. I do not think I should pay for any amount since there service was unauthorized.

I was charged for long distance services by Zoom I net, whom I did not authorize to be my long distance carrier. this bill is for $172.46, I was paying at&t 14.00 per month for unlimited long distance calls, please take this charges of my at&t account.

  3. Anita Salas says:

We also had AT&T as our long distance carrier when Zoom-I-Net changed our service. This Zoom place needs 7-10 days to find out “who” changed our service. They also wanted to give us a reduced charge and we told them we were filing a claim and they did not seem to care.

  4. Maria Grau says:

AT&T’s October Statement shows Zoom-I-Net as my long Distance Carrier. Charges are for $47.08. I immediately called Zoom and cancelled the services and wanted explanation as to why I had their services since I did not request them or agreed to them. I was told that it was done thru Marketing and that someone in my household must have authorized it. (I am the only one that pays the bills and live alone). I also requested all charges to be retracted because I had not authorized the change and felt the charges were fraudulent. Zoom’s employee hung up on me.
