I was an officer of the company and employed from 1995-2007. I am a woman and according to my "rention letter" information I was to receive x amount. A male officer of the company shared with me his retention amount (he was employed 4 years to my 12) and his was more than twice the amount of mine. I inquired about this and got no explanation. I was then told that I was being "released" early.

I was employed with Saxon Capital for 18 months in Management, and brought to their attention several labor violations, and they didn't respond, they had me working 60 hours a week, if not my job was threatened.
