		<description>American Equity shouldn&#039;t be able to get away with this.  It&#039;s amazing how often I see these huge corporations use loopholes to get out of fulfilling their obligations.</description>

		<description>I was with American Equity in Denver from September of 05 until they closed the branch in 06.  I was required to work about 50 hours a week per our schedule.  At least 2 nights a week I was required to work from 8:30AM to 8:00PM.  The first month of employment I was required to stay until 8:00 every night.  I was never compensated for overtime worked.</description>
