I work for TSA Transportation Security Administration as a Federal Security Screener. If my manager calls me on my day off and talks to me about work related issues for up to an hour, should I get paid for this?

Would the individual be classified as "employed" for compesatory wages if, Driving a Company Painted Service Vehicle, GPS Real Time Monitored for speed, location and Arrival Departure time. "Snitch" stickered and Cell Phone for redirection by Local or National Dispatcher while enroute. Company based Point/Policy system for driving. NO PERSONAL USEAGE Policy. Company employed riders in Vehicle only. Not from an Overtime perspective. Just simply as "employed".
Service testing equipment is an integral part of the jobs that are Pre-sold at a fixed prce to cover all related expenses.
