Yes I was wonderingif I could still make a claim that happened years back Shoney's never paid a lot of people that have been trying for years to get their rightful claim it will be unfortunate that all those that Shoney's left out because of a lot of people were misinformed or down right ignored and forgotten I was and employee for the company at least 3 years and feel betrayed and left out only thing I'm asking is for those that were completely ignored and for other unforeseen events be rightfully reimbursed or have a letter sent to them to explain why the money was given to them?If it was'nt for the Internet I would've never gotten this off my chest I just want some closure...

Manager doesn't tell me things I'm doing wrong until 1 to 2 months down the road through a write up. Are managers required to tell you right away if your doing something wrong or can they wait for months afterwards?

Company schedules reps on holidays, wants reps to work past 6pm, does not answer reps emails or ph calls. Issues/concerns as well as payrate are ignored. Reps are threathen to be terminated. Can I sue Drive Line Retail Merchandising Inc?

My family was in Shoney's resturant tonight with some friends. It was the location#333328,Huntsville,ala.It was around 8:00 p.m.The waiter's name was Howard. After our order had been brought,we waited around 30 minutes for a refill on beverages. He never came back to check on us.We had to have our meal dry.The cashier finally came over and check to see if we needed anything. When the waiter was told about it,he didn't say anything. He left our table and walked off and shook his head.

I was required to travel for on the job training. Traveling from west coast to east coast for over a week and 2 additional weeks in the west coast. The company will not pay for any required travel time over 8 hours. Just in one day I had to travel 20 hrs to attend 1st day of training. I believe I am not the only employee this has happened too. I have submitted a claim with Calif Labor Commissioner do I have other options. Please advise. Thank you

My husband and I just
recently learned about a class action suit that was settled by Shoney's Inc. (belcher v Shoney's. We believe we should have been named in it. We had already left middle TN and never heard about it until last week when we were in TN visiting. Is it too late to be a part of this? We were both in management positions for this company for several years. How would I go about finding out this information? It was in regards to "flux" over time pay (Chinese overtim).
