–Report A Company Committing Fraud Against The Government–

Become A Whistleblower.

Federal and state false claims acts, whistleblower laws and qui tam statutes allow private citizens with knowledge of fraud against the government to bring what is known as a qui tam or false claims act action against the person or company engaged in the fraud.

Recover Money For The Government.

The lawsuit is brought by the private citizen, but on behalf of the government. The company or entity that violates the whistleblower law is typically liable to the government for three (3) times the actual damages suffered by the government, mandatory civil penalties for each false claim submitted (adjuisted for inflation) and costs.

Receive A Whistleblower Reward.

If the whistleblower lawsuit is successful or results in a settlement, then the private citizen who brought the lawsuit receives a portion of the money recovered. False claims act or qui tam plaintiffs who successfully bring false claims act lawsuits are typically entitled to an award of between 15 % to 30 % percent of the amount of money or funds recovered on behalf of the government.

In the last two decades, qui tam plaintiffs and whistleblowers bringing successful false claims act lawsuits have been awarded qui tam and false claims act rewards of over $2 billion dollars.
